以针轮摆线减速机为主体的传动装置，是用以驱动搪玻璃反应罐搅拌器的部件。它具有传动效率高，工作平稳，速比恒定，结构紧凑，噪音小，寿命长等优点，是目前比较理想的减速装置。

由于该装置设有中间支承，且两支承间距离与搅拌器的伸出长度，保持了一定的比例关系，从而使搅拌器在工作中具有足够的刚性和较小的振动，对延长搅拌器使用寿命，减少轴封泄露，具有十分重要的意义。

为了利于设备轴封部件的安装及维修，本装置除与搅拌器轴端采用了锥面配合外，还设立了定位面及其附件，以简化轴封和搅拌器的安装过程，，保证安装精度，为现场安装维修提供了方便。

我厂生产的FK，FF系列搪玻璃反应罐均采用了这种传动装置，根据设备大小，配备了不同的功率，其尺寸系列见下表。

　　The driving device is the component whose main body is a pin gear Cycloid reducer to drive the agitator of the glass-lined reactor.It has many advantages such as the high efficiency of driving ,smoothly working,the constant speed,the compact structure,low noise and the long service life and etc.,therefore it is an ideal reducer at present.Because two middle supports are set in this device and a certain ratio has been kept of the distance between the tow supports to the extensive length of the agitator,the agitator has enough rigidity and comparatively small vibration in its woirking ,which has a very important sense to last its service life and decreasing leak from the shaft seal.

For benefiting the installation and maintenance of the shaft seal components of equipment,besides adopting conical fitting with the shaft end of the agitator,we have set up the locating face and its apendix in order to simplify the installation,process of the shaft seal and the agitator and ensure the precision of installation so as to provide the convenience for the installation adn maintenance at the site.
